Achieve sales budget within the area of responsibility;
在所屬區(qū)域內(nèi)完成銷售指標(biāo);
2.Identify and follow up projects within the area of responsibility;

3.Take ownership of identified projects, maintaining good communication and cooperation with the relative parties - designers, owners, contractors and fabricators;
跟蹤項(xiàng)目,與相關(guān)方面包括設(shè)計(jì)師、業(yè)主、施工方和加工商保持良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào);
4.Update projects and other sales activities in CRM in time;
及時(shí)在CRM系統(tǒng)上更新項(xiàng)目信息和其他相關(guān)銷售活動(dòng)信息;
5.Update project information and sales forecast in time;
及時(shí)更新項(xiàng)目信息和銷售預(yù)測(cè);
6.Deal with customer's claims in accordance with company ISO procedures;
根據(jù)公司ISO流程處理客戶投訴
Education background and relevant professional skills崗位所需學(xué)歷及相關(guān)專業(yè)技能
Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or Marketing. Architecture engineering is preferred.
工程或市場(chǎng)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷。建筑工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2.Able to read English;
能看懂英語;
3.3+ years' working experience and at least 2 years proven successful experience in direct sales environment, architecture industry experience is definitely a plus.
三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少兩年成功銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有建筑行業(yè)成功銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4.Good presentation skills and able to present the company and its product confidently.
良好的表達(dá)技巧,并能夠自信地介紹公司和產(chǎn)品。
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mind and good team spirit.
優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力,熱情,并富有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
6.Customer oriented. Good sense of service and proactive in delighting customers.
以客戶為中心,良好的服務(wù)意識(shí),善于和客戶溝通。
7.Honest and with highest integrity.
